- 2 tbsp honey, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tbsp shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 sheet puff pastry (optional, if wrapping)
- 1 egg (for egg wash, if using puff pastry)
- Crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices (for serving)
Instructions
Option 1: Unwrapped Baked Brie (no puff pastry)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
- Spread the fig preserves on top of the brie. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over it, and drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty inside.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fruit.
👉 Option 2: Wrapped in Puff Pastry
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the brie in the center of a puff pastry sheet. Top with fig preserves, pistachios, and honey.
- Fold the pastry over the top, trimming any excess. Press to seal. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Rest for 10 minutes. Serve warm and gooey with your favorite dippers.
