- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
1️⃣ Bake the Potstickers
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Arrange potstickers in a single layer

- Bake 18–22 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden

- Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened
