  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven/air fryer:
    • Oven: 400°F (200°C)
    • Air fryer: 380°F (193°C)
  2. Season the wings:
    • Pat wings dry. Toss in olive oil, Cajun seasoning, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated evenly.
  3. Cook the wings:
    • Oven method: Arrange on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and caramelized.
    • Air fryer method: Cook in a single layer for 20–22 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Serve:
    • Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
