- ½ cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzling)

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Chicken

3. Assemble the Flatbread
- Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake
