Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Prepare Lobster

  1. Butterfly lobster tails
  2. Season with salt and pepper

Sear

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet
  2. Place lobster meat side down
  3. Cook 3–4 minutes per side
  4. Remove and set aside

Make Garlic Sauce

  1. In same skillet sauté garlic
  2. Add heavy cream
  3. Stir in parmesan cheese
  4. Simmer until thickened
  5. Add lemon juice

Combine

  1. Return lobster to pan
  2. Spoon sauce over tails
  3. Garnish with parsley
