- 4 lobster tails
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Prepare Lobster
- Butterfly lobster tails
- Season with salt and pepper
Sear
- Heat olive oil and butter in skillet
- Place lobster meat side down
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side
- Remove and set aside
Make Garlic Sauce
- In same skillet sauté garlic
- Add heavy cream
- Stir in parmesan cheese
- Simmer until thickened
- Add lemon juice
Combine
- Return lobster to pan
- Spoon sauce over tails
- Garnish with parsley
