Cheeseburger Pie is a savory comfort-food classic that combines seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and a golden, fluffy biscuit-like topping baked to perfection. Every bite delivers the hearty flavors of a cheeseburger in an easy, sliceable pie form—perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

    • 1 lb ground beef

    • ½ cup chopped onion

    • 2 tbsp ketchup

    • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

    • Salt & pepper, to taste

    • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

    • 2 eggs

    • ½ cup milk

    • 1 cup biscuit mix or 1 pre-made pie crust


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook beef & onions in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Transfer beef mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  • Top with cheese evenly over the beef.
  • Mix milk, baking mix, and eggs in a bowl until smooth. Pour over the beef and cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
  • Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
