- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup biscuit mix or 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook beef & onions in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Transfer beef mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Top with cheese evenly over the beef.
- Mix milk, baking mix, and eggs in a bowl until smooth. Pour over the beef and cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
