Cheeseburger Rollups are a fun, bite-sized twist on the classic cheeseburger—perfect for parties, weeknight dinners, or kid-friendly meals. Stuffed with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and pickles, then rolled up in soft dough and baked until golden.

- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Optional: sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat.
- Unroll dough and separate into rectangles or squares (depending on your dough type).
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture, cheese, and chopped pickles onto each section.
- Roll tightly, sealing the edges. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds (if using).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
