Filling
- 450 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Dough
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
Optional Topping
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Chopped parsley or sesame seeds
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
- Heat a skillet over medium heat
- Add ground beef and garlic
- Cook until browned and fully cooked
- Drain excess fat
- Stir in cheddar and Parmesan until combined
- Remove from heat
2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Separate biscuits and flatten each into a circle
3️⃣ Assemble
- Place 1–2 tablespoons filling in the center
- Fold dough around filling
- Pinch seams closed tightly
- Roll gently into balls
- Place seam-side down on tray
4️⃣ Bake
- Brush tops with melted butter
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown
- Cool slightly before serving
