Description

These Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are golden, fluffy, and packed with savory ground beef and melty cheese. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or quick comfort meal, they’re simple to make and incredibly satisfying straight from the oven.


Ingredients

Filling

  • 450 g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Optional Topping

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Chopped parsley or sesame seeds

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat
  2. Add ground beef and garlic
  3. Cook until browned and fully cooked
  4. Drain excess fat
  5. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan until combined
  6. Remove from heat

2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Separate biscuits and flatten each into a circle

3️⃣ Assemble

  1. Place 1–2 tablespoons filling in the center
  2. Fold dough around filling
  3. Pinch seams closed tightly
  4. Roll gently into balls
  5. Place seam-side down on tray

4️⃣ Bake

  1. Brush tops with melted butter
  2. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown
  3. Cool slightly before serving
