  • 2 tbsp parsley, minced

Cheese Blend

  • 1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • Optional: 2 oz cream cheese (for extra richness)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Bread

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange slices on a sheet tray.
  • Lightly brush with olive oil.

2. Cook the Shrimp

  • Heat butter + olive oil over medium.
