These Cheesy Lobster Stuffed Bread Bombs are a decadent appetizer packed with tender lobster meat, creamy cheese, and buttery garlic flavor all wrapped inside soft golden bread.

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, finely chopped
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Garlic Butter Topping
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt
Seasonings
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
In a bowl combine:
- Lobster meat
- Cream cheese
- Mozzarella
- Parmesan
- Garlic
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
Mix until well combined.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
3️⃣ Fill the Bread Bombs
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of lobster filling in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely.
4️⃣ Season
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over each bread bomb.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
5️⃣ Bake
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
