- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk

- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 cup whipped topping
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crust
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans.
- Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then cool completely.
2️⃣ Prepare Cheesecake Layer
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread evenly over cooled crust.
3️⃣ Add Pudding Layer
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Spread over cheesecake layer.
4️⃣ Top It Off
- Spread cherry pie filling evenly on top.
- Add a layer of whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
5️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving for best texture.
