  • 1 cup whipped topping

For the Pudding Layer

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk

For the Topping

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans.
  3. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool completely.

2️⃣ Prepare Cheesecake Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread evenly over cooled crust.

3️⃣ Add Pudding Layer

  1. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  2. Spread over cheesecake layer.

4️⃣ Top It Off

  1. Spread cherry pie filling evenly on top.
  2. Add a layer of whipped topping.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
