  • Crushed graham crackers or chopped nuts (optional, for texture)

Instructions

  1. Make the cookie dough:
    • In a small bowl, mix softened butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
    • Stir in almond flour until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips. Set aside.
  2. Mix the yogurt base:
    • In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Assemble the bark:
    • Line a small baking sheet (8×8 or 9×9) with parchment paper.
    • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the pan.
    • Crumble the cookie dough over the top in small chunks. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips or toppings.
  4. Freeze:
    • Freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Slice & serve:
    • Once fully set, break or cut into bark-style pieces. Store in a freezer-safe bag or container.
