For the Citrus Dressing
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
1. Prepare the Salad Base
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, red onion, and fresh herbs.
- Add citrus segments carefully so they don’t break apart.
2. Make the Citrus Dressing
- In a jar or small bowl, whisk orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
