Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Sauté onion and celery in butter until soft.
  • In a large bowl, combine bread, turkey, cranberries, herbs, and sautéed vegetables.
  • Beat eggs with broth and pour over mixture. Stir gently.
  • Form into 1–1½ inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18–25 minutes, until golden and firm.
  • Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy.
