- 2 packages (30–45 total) mini phyllo cups (pre-baked)

- ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning (for a bold twist)
- 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce or sriracha
- 2 tablespoons finely diced celery (for light crunch)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or chives
- A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Prepare Filling
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth
- Stir in chopped shrimp, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper
- Mix until fully combined
Fill Phyllo Cups
- Spoon shrimp mixture into each phyllo shell
- Sprinkle cheese on top if using
Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Arrange filled cups on baking sheet
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until warmed and lightly golden
Serve
