- 2 lbs snow crab clusters (thawed if frozen)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Prep the Crab
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat crab clusters dry with paper towels.
Make Garlic Butter
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
Bake or Air Fry
Oven Method:
- Arrange crab clusters on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush generously with garlic butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy at edges.
Air Fryer Method:
- Place crab clusters in basket (do not overcrowd).
- Brush with garlic butter.
- Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Finish & Serve
- Brush with remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and extra melted butter for dipping.
