These Crispy Garlic Butter Crab Clusters are rich, buttery, and packed with bold garlic flavor. Roasted or air-fried until slightly crispy on the edges, then brushed with a golden garlic butter sauce


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs snow crab clusters (thawed if frozen)
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prep the Crab

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat crab clusters dry with paper towels.

Make Garlic Butter

  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well.

Bake or Air Fry

Oven Method:

  • Arrange crab clusters on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush generously with garlic butter.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy at edges.

Air Fryer Method:

  • Place crab clusters in basket (do not overcrowd).
  • Brush with garlic butter.
  • Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Finish & Serve

  1. Brush with remaining garlic butter.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  3. Serve hot with lemon wedges and extra melted butter for dipping.
