- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar

- 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
- ½ cup sour cream
For the Topping
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup melted chocolate (for drizzle)
- Optional: whipped cream
Instructions
Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C)
- Mix cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
- Press into a 9-inch springform pan
- Bake for 8–10 minutes
- Let cool
Make the Filling
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Add eggs one at a time
- Mix in vanilla, melted chocolate, and sour cream
- Pour into prepared crust
Bake
- Bake for 55–65 minutes until center is slightly set
- Turn off oven and crack door open
- Cool inside oven for 1 hour
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Decorate
- Top with fresh strawberries
- Drizzle with melted chocolate
- Add whipped cream if desired
