- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Layering:
- Bottom layer: seasoned, browned meat + diced onion + garlic.
- Middle layer: potatoes (or hash browns) + beans + corn.
- Top layer: diced tomatoes + condensed soup (stirred to combine).
- Set heat & time:
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Mid-cook check (optional):
- Around halfway on Low, gently stir to ensure even heating—especially if using fresh potatoes.
- Add cheese:
- In the final 15–20 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Close the lid until melted.
- Finish & garnish:
- Uncover, top with fresh cilantro, sliced jalapeños, green onions, and dollops of sour cream.
