- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster
- Pat lobster pieces dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Cook
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
- Add lobster pieces and cook 2–3 minutes, turning gently to coat.
3. Finish
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and parsley.
- Remove from heat immediately to avoid overcooking.
4. Serve
- Serve warm with toothpicks, lemon wedges, or over toasted bread.
Notes
- Use fresh or thawed frozen lobster meat.
- Avoid overcooking — lobster becomes tough quickly.
