- Salt, to taste

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the beef
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add aromatics
- Stir in onion and garlic; cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and seasonings
- Add chopped cabbage and carrot.
- Stir in soy sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
- Cook until tender
- Cover the skillet and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender but not mushy.
- Finish and serve
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
