Mango and White Cream Frappuccino

Description

This Mango and White Cream Frappuccino is a luscious, chilled blend of ripe mango, vanilla cream, and ice — a caffeine-free, tropical treat perfect for summer. It’s smooth, fruity, and just sweet enough, with a velvety white base and a golden swirl of mango.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (or fresh, cubed and frozen ahead)
  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut milk all work)
  • ½ cup heavy cream or sweetened condensed milk (for white cream base)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup or 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tbsp sugar
  • 12 teaspoons honey or agave (optional, to taste)
  • 1½ cups ice
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Optional: drizzle of mango puree or white chocolate sauce

Instructions

  • Blend the Base
    • In a blender, combine frozen mango, milk, heavy cream (or condensed milk), vanilla syrup, honey, and ice.
    • Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
  • Adjust & Sweeten
    • Taste and add more honey or vanilla syrup if needed. For a thinner texture, add a splash more milk.
  • Serve
    • Pour into two tall glasses.
    • Top with whipped cream and a swirl of mango puree or white chocolate drizzle if desired.
    • Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

  • Vegan Option: Use coconut milk or oat milk + coconut cream, and agave instead of honey
  • Add Caffeine: Blend in a shot of cold espresso or white coffee
  • Extra Creamy: Use vanilla ice cream instead of ice for a milkshake-style version
  • For Kids: Skip sweeteners if using very ripe mangoes — they’ll be sweet enough!
