Instructions
- Prepare the pan:
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper for easy release.
- Make the crust:
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.
- Layer the ice cream:
- First layer (strawberry): Spread softened strawberry ice cream over the crust; smooth with a spatula. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Second layer (vanilla): Spread vanilla ice cream evenly; freeze again for 30 minutes.
- Third layer (chocolate): Add chocolate ice cream and smooth the top.
- Freeze until firm:
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Decorate & serve:
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, sprinkles, or fresh fruit. Slice with a warm knife for clean cuts.
