- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers – adds texture to the filling
- ¼ cup crispy rice cereal – gives the balls a light crunch
- Pinch of sea salt – enhances the sweet chocolate flavor
- Sprinkles or crushed nuts – for decorating the chocolate coating
Instructions
1️⃣ Make Peanut Butter Mixture
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.
- Stir until a thick dough forms.
2️⃣ Shape Balls
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture.
- Roll into small balls using your hands.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
4️⃣ Melt Chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
5️⃣ Dip
- Dip each peanut butter ball into melted chocolate.
- Place back on parchment paper.
6️⃣ Set
Refrigerate 10–15 minutes until chocolate hardens.
