- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup pitted kalamata or green olives, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Baking Dish
