- 4–5 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 box (11 oz) vanilla wafers
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the chilled pudding mixture.
- Layer the Dessert: In a trifle dish or 9×13 baking dish, arrange a layer of vanilla wafers, followed by banana slices, strawberry slices, and a layer of pudding mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with pudding on top.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) for the best texture.
- Serve: Garnish with extra strawberry slices, banana coins, and fresh mint leaves if desired.
