Description

These Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Cranberry and Brie are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The creamy brie pairs perfectly with sweet cranberry sauce, making an elegant and comforting meal ideal for holidays or a special dinner at home.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 4 slices
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare Chicken: Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
  • Stuff: Place 1 slice of brie and 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce inside each pocket.
  • Season: Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake: Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
