Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  • Allow the dough to rest and rise
  • Roll and fold multiple times to create layers

Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Filling

  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla
  • Mix until smooth and creamy
  • Avoid lumps for best texture

Step 3: Roll and Shape the Pastry

  • Roll dough into a rectangle
