Coleslaw Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine:
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper
Coat the chicken thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Fries
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut potatoes into fries.
- Toss with:
- Vegetable oil
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Step 3: Make the Coleslaw
In a large bowl combine:
- Shredded cabbage
- Shredded carrots
- Red onion
In a separate bowl whisk together:
- Mayonnaise
- Apple cider vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Sugar
- Salt
- Black pepper
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 4: Grill the Chicken
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
