- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
- 1 cup crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation—well drained)
Creamy Mixture
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
Flavor Enhancers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or preferred seafood seasoning)
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
- Finely chop cooked shrimp
- Combine shrimp and crab in a bowl
- Add cream cheese and seasonings
- Mix until smooth and evenly combined
- Chill for 10–15 minutes for easier handling
2. Prepare the Dough
- Unroll crescent dough
- Separate into triangles or squares
- Press seams together if needed
3. Stuff and Shape
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of filling to each piece
- Fold dough over filling
- Pinch edges tightly to seal
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)
- Place bombs on lined baking sheet
- Bake for 12–16 minutes

- Brush with melted butter
- Garnish with herbs or seasoning
